Antoniaconf.ro is a trademark registered at OCIM (State Office for Inventions and Trademarks) of SC Antonia Conf SRL with registered office in Bucharest, Sector 1, Strada Aleea Someșul Rece, Nr 1-9, Bloc 6, Scale 5, Apartment 74 having order number in the Trade Register J40/10475/2017, unique registration code RO37840015.
Definitions
We us our ours or the Company refers to ANTONIA CONF SRL. “Online Store” refers to the online e-commerce platform owned and operated by ANTONIA CONF SRL, accessible at the web address www.antoniaconf.ro with all available web pages and subdomains of this address. User customer” or “visitor” refers to the natural or legal person who uses the online shop to purchase products or browse the website.

However, we strive to ensure that all information published on the website is as accurate as possible. By completing the order process, you are explicitly exercising your agreement to the site-specific clauses in the General Terms and Conditions section.
The inclusion of any products or services on www.antoniaconf.ro at any given time does not imply or guarantee that such products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to cease marketing a product at any time.

Order and Payment Process
In order to place an order in the online shop, the user has to fill in the page https://antoniaconf.ro/finalizare, select payment according to the instructions displayed on the website.
Products added to the shopping cart do not automatically imply the registration of the order or the reservation of goods in the online store’s stock. To complete your purchase and place your order, you must go through the checkout process and provide the necessary delivery and payment information. Adding products to the shopping cart only indicates the intention to purchase, and they will be reserved or purchased only after the checkout process is completed.
Methods of payment:
1. Refund (cash on delivery)
The value of the products and services ordered can be paid to the courier on delivery to the address specified by you.
2. Bank transfer: Payment can be made by bank transfer on the basis of a proforma invoice. Delivery of the products will be made after the total amount of the invoice has been received in the account of SC Antonia Conf SRL. The necessary data for this type of payment are:

3. Payment by Bank Card: We accept online payments with personal or company cards. Accepted cards are VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, with code CVV2/CVC2). Card data is processed exclusively on Netopia’s servers, ensuring data security. Regardless of the account currency, transactions are carried out in lei at the exchange rate of the customer’s bank.
Product Delivery
We are committed to delivering the products ordered by users within the time specified in the order process. If we encounter difficulties or delays in delivery, we will communicate with users to provide them with updated information. The prices displayed on https://antoniaconf.ro include the value added tax required by law, but do not include the delivery charge.
Immediately after placing your order, if you have provided us with your e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If for some reason we cannot process your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for your order, we will endeavor to reimburse you that amount using the same payment method. If other arrangements are necessary for any reason, we will notify you.
Colors and Measurements
We strive to accurately display the features of our products, including composition and colors. However, the colors you see may vary depending on your computer system settings, and we cannot guarantee that your device will display the colors exactly as they actually are.
The measurements indicated for each item according to the sizing guide in the Composition and Measurementssection are the final product dimensions. To choose the correct size, subtract 4 cm from your measurements. If your waist measures X centimeters, we recommend that you select a size that corresponds to X + 4 cm from the size chart.
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel the order placed by the buyer in one of the following cases:
If the payment has not been accepted by the payment processor and there is no phone or email confirmation for shipment of the order with refund payment.
If payment made by PO (bank transfer/internet banking) has not been realized within 2 working days;
If the delivery information is not correct and complete and the telephone number provided is not correct.
If delivery by courier has not been possible (e.g. the customer cannot be reached by the courier by telephone and/or physically at the address indicated for delivery of the goods purchased, etc.);
If the price of the product is derisory as defined in Article 1665 of the Civil Code. In the event of the order being canceled, none of the parties involved shall claim or claim damages.
Return policy

Product warranty
The products sold benefit from a standard warranty period of 30 days from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and defective materials only if all maintenance recommendations are followed. Examples of covered defects include torn seams, broken zippers, broken or abnormally damaged materials under normal use.
Warranty Exclusions:
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or improper maintenance of the products. Damage resulting from accidents, physical injury or unauthorized tampering with the product voids the warranty.
In order to benefit from the warranty, customers are kindly requested to contact our support team on 0722 406 668 (mobile), 0314054039 (landline) or comenzi@antoniaconf.ro within the time specified in the warranty policy, providing detailed information about the problem encountered and purchase information (order number, date of purchase, etc.). We will evaluate your request and provide further instructions on how to return the defective product and/or the replacement or repair process.
Repair or Replacement:
Product will be repaired or replaced within 15 days of return. In the event that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, an alternative solution convenient to the customer will be offered.
Costs and Transportation:
Costs associated with returning the defective product for evaluation will be borne by the customer. In the event that the product is confirmed to be defective under the terms of the warranty, transportation costs for the return of the repaired or replaced product will be borne by our online store.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon their publication on our website. Users are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms and Conditions to be aware of any changes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law, and any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by amicable negotiation or through the competent courts in Romania.
