Terms and conditions
This document sets out the conditions under which you may use the antoniaconf.ro site and under which orders are concluded. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them.

2. Definitions
- Seller: ANTONIA CONF S.R.L.
- Buyer: the individual or company placing an order.
- Site: antoniaconf.ro, together with all its subpages.
- Order: the Buyer’s firm request to purchase one or more products, sent through the site, by phone or by email.
3. Products and prices
Prices shown are in lei and include VAT. The delivery cost is added separately and is shown before the order is completed.
Photographs are for presentation. Differences in shade between the photograph and the actual product can appear because of screen settings. The measurements in the size chart refer to the dimensions of the product, measured flat, and carry the tolerance usual in the clothing industry. The automatic size recommendation is indicative only.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The applicable price is the one shown at the moment the order is placed.
4. Placing and confirming the order
An order placed on the site receives an email confirming it has been registered. The contract is considered concluded at the moment we confirm the products have been dispatched.
We may refuse an order, informing the Buyer, if the product is no longer available, if the contact details are incorrect or incomplete, or if there is good reason to consider the order fraudulent.
5. Payment methods
- Card payment, online, at checkout.
- Cash on delivery, when the parcel arrives.
- Bank transfer, against a proforma invoice.
A tax invoice is issued for every order and sent by email.
6. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are detailed on the Delivery page, which forms part of these conditions.
7. Right of withdrawal and warranty
The return conditions, the 14-day period and the 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects are detailed on the Returns page, which forms part of these conditions.
8. Intellectual property
The content of the site, including the texts, photographs, video, logo and visual identity elements, belongs to ANTONIA CONF S.R.L. or is used with the agreement of the rights holders. Reproducing, distributing or using it commercially without written agreement is prohibited.
9. Liability
We do our best to keep the information on the site correct and up to date. We are not liable for typographical errors or for temporary unavailability of the site due to technical reasons or reasons beyond our control.
We are not liable for damage to products caused by failure to follow the care instructions on the label.
10. Data processing
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy.
11. Dispute resolution
Any disagreement is settled amicably. If that is not possible, the dispute is submitted to the competent courts in Romania. Consumers may also turn to:
- the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC), through the SAL platform: anpc.ro/ce-este-sal;
- the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes to these conditions
We may update this document. The version applicable to an order is the one published on the site at the moment the order is placed.
