Returns
You have 14 days from receiving the parcel to change your mind, without giving a reason. Below are the steps and the conditions.
Right of withdrawal
Under Romanian law (OUG no. 34/2014), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of the date you take possession of the products, without having to justify the decision and without penalties.
Conditions for a return
- The product is in its original condition, with no signs of wear, washing or alteration.
- The tags are intact, and the accessories and original packaging come with the product.
- The product carries no cosmetic marks: make-up, mascara, foundation or cream.
- Products customised to order (embroidered or printed logo, special cuts) cannot be returned, as they are made to your specifications.
How to return
- Tell us within the 14 days, at comenzi@antoniaconf.ro or on 0722 406 668, with the order number and the products returned.
- We confirm the return and the shipping address.
- You send the products, together with a copy of the invoice.
- Once we receive and check the products, we refund the price.
Refunds
We refund the amount paid for the products within 14 days of the date the return was accepted, by the same payment method or by bank transfer, if payment was made cash on delivery. The cost of return shipping is yours, except where the product was delivered in error or has a manufacturing defect.
Products with a manufacturing defect
The warranty against manufacturing defects is 30 days and covers open seams, faulty zips or abnormal deterioration of the fabric under normal use. We assess the defect, then repair or replace the product. If neither is possible, we refund the price. In these cases, shipping is on us.
What the warranty does not cover
- Normal wear after long use.
- Damage caused by washing above the temperatures shown on the label, or by using chlorine-based bleach.
- Alterations made by you or by a third party (adjustments, appliqués, dyeing).

Return request
Fill in the form and you will get the next steps and the shipping address the same working day. That way no parcel goes astray and the return closes faster. Please do not send the parcel before you receive our confirmation.
