Return policy

At SC Antonia Conf SRL, we strive to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers. In accordance with the provisions of Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts, we offer you the opportunity to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the products, without the need to justify the decision.

Return Conditions:

The right of return and refund of product value applies only to conforming products, i.e. those products returned in their original condition, with all accessories and in their original packaging, containing intact labels and showing no signs of wear or wear. It is important that returned products do not show any signs of use, including, but not limited to, traces of make-up, mascara, foundation, foundation, body cream or other cosmetic and personal care products. If these traces are present, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
In the event of manufacturing defects, the return will involve the finding and repair or replacement of the product. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the product will be refunded in accordance with the warranty policy in the terms and conditions section.

Return Process:

In order to initiate a return, please send us a request to comenzi@antoniaconf.ro or fill out the return form available below, providing the following information: first and last name, order number, contact phone number, IBAN, bank account holder name, bank name, reason for return, product name and product code. We will process your request and give you further instructions for returning the products.

At the time of handover to the transportation company the product together with the manufacturer’s packaging must be properly packed, at least in another box or bag in order to prevent damage during transportation. It is entirely your responsibility to pack the products properly for return before handing them over to the carrier. Proper packaging will help protect the product during transportation and help ensure a smooth return process.

Refunds:

The amount paid for returned products will be refunded to your account within 14 business days of receipt and processing of the return. In case of payments made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used at the time of the transaction within 3 to 30 days after the return is accepted.

The shipping charges are non-refundable, this is the cost of a service performed by a third party (a courier company). If your order has benefited from free delivery and after returning the products the conditions for free delivery are no longer met, the shipping charge for the original delivery will be stopped.

Product warranty:

Commercialized products benefit from a standard warranty period of 30 days from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and defective materials only if all maintenance recommendations are followed. Examples of covered defects include torn seams, broken zippers, broken or abnormally damaged materials under normal use.

Warranty Exclusions:

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or improper maintenance of the products. Damage resulting from accidents, physical injury or unauthorized tampering with the product voids the warranty.
In order to benefit from the warranty, customers are kindly requested to contact our support team on 0722 406 668 (mobile), 0314054039 (landline) or contact@antoniaconf.ro within the time specified in the warranty policy, providing detailed information about the problem encountered and purchase information (order number, date of purchase, etc.). We will evaluate your request and provide further instructions on how to return the defective product and/or the replacement or repair process.

Repair or Replacement:

Product will be repaired or replaced within 15 days of return. In the event that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, an alternative solution convenient to the customer will be offered.
Costs and Transportation:
Costs associated with returning the defective product for evaluation will be borne by the customer. If the product is confirmed to be defective under the terms of the warranty, the shipping costs to return the repaired or replaced product will be borne by our online store, as well as a refund of the original shipping cost for the evaluation.
