Delivery
We ship from our own factory, by courier, anywhere in Romania. Below are the times and the costs, so you know what to expect before you order.

| Delivery within the European Union | Calculated for each order. Write to comenzi@antoniaconf.ro with the full address. |
How delivery works
- You receive the order confirmation by email, with the products and the delivery address.
- When the parcel leaves the factory, you receive the tracking number (AWB).
- The courier calls you before delivery.
- Check the parcel on receipt. If the packaging is damaged, ask the courier for a written report.
Delivery address
We deliver to the address given in the order, including to a clinic or a hospital. If the address changes after you have placed the order, call 0722 406 668 as soon as you can: once the parcel has entered the courier network, a change is no longer guaranteed.
Undelivered orders
If a parcel comes back because it could not be delivered, we contact you to arrange a new shipment. The cost of the second shipment depends on the reason for the return.
