Product delivery
The orders placed on our website will be delivered through the courier company DPD Romania.
We undertake to dispatch your order within 2 working days from the moment we receive it.
The exact delivery time will vary depending on the geographical area and may take between 2 and 5 working days from the placement of the order or, as the case may be, from the registration of the payment.
If an ordered product is out of stock, our team will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order on the website. You will be informed of the new delivery time and your agreement to this will be requested.
Transportation cost
The shipping charge for each order will be the same regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost for each shipping method is clearly indicated during the checkout process.
The standard delivery charge throughout Romania is 18 RON.
For orders over 500 RON, delivery is free of charge

You can purchase products using the following payment instruments:
1. COD (cash on delivery): You can pay the value of the products and services upon delivery of the parcel directly to the courier, in cash, at the address specified by you.
2. Bank transfer: Payment can be made by bank transfer on the basis of a proforma invoice. Delivery of the products will be made after the total amount of the invoice has been received in the account of SC Antonia Conf SRL. The data required to make this type of payment are:

3. Payment by Bank Card: We accept online payments with personal or company cards. Accepted cards are VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, with code CVV2/CVC2). Card data is processed exclusively on Netopia’s servers, ensuring data security. Regardless of the account currency, transactions are carried out in lei at the exchange rate of the customer’s bank.
No additional fees are charged for bank card payments.
On the paying customer’s bank statement, the transaction will appear with Antonia Conf SRL as the beneficiary.
