Washing is done at 40 degrees, with any detergent that does not contain bleach.
Ironing at a maximum of 110 degrees.
The dimensions shown are those of the final product. To find the correct size, measure your waist and add 4 cm. For example, if your waist is X cm, choose a size that corresponds to X + 4 cm in the size chart.
